Dakota is seeking qualified
applicants for position of Construction Administrative Assistant.
Responsible for ensuring subcontractor
compliance, government contract reporting, tracking projects, and
general office communications.
Essential Functions:
- Bookkeeping / Accounting
experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft
Office applications for preparing contracts, change orders and
other documents
- Process governmental
applications/forms and various contract reporting requirements
- Monitoring and tracking project
documents
- Ensure subcontractor compliance
with project insurance requirements
- Good filing skills with
attention to details
- Experience preferred in
construction procedures, construction terminology and how a
construction business operates.
- Performs other duties as
assigned
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree preferred or
comparable experience in accounting bookkeeping fields
with construction knowledge.
